The Dream-Quest of Vellitt Boe came out from Tor Books in 2016, and this year it’s been nominated for the Nebula, Hugo, Shirley Jackson, and World Fantasy Awards.
Un pont sur la brume — the French translation of my novella, The Man Who Bridged the Mist for Bélial received the 2017 Gran Prix de l’Imaginaire for best foreign short work. The Prix is the premier award for Francophone speculative fiction.
The tough-yet-adorable Vellitt died last fall, I acquired a new cat, the tiny yet ebullient Jurat.
